Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

The return of certain types of goods is not permitted. For example, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. Similarly, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other items not eligible for return:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Books showing obvious signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at contact@faramys.com and we will send you instructions on how to proceed.

If you need to exchange a size, additional fees will apply depending on the item.


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we'll send the refund to them, so they'll find out about your return.

Shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for you to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €40, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

Procedure in the event of non-receipt of parcels:

We are committed to customer satisfaction and a seamless online shopping experience. However, in the unlikely event that a package is marked as "delivered" in our tracking system but you have not received it, we encourage you to follow the steps below to help us resolve the issue:

- Initial Verification: Please check around your home, with your neighbors or the reception of your building, if applicable, to ensure that the package has not been left in a safe place or received by another person in your absence.

Declaration of Honor: If after verification, the package remains untraceable, we will ask you to complete a declaration of honor confirming that you have not received the package. This step is necessary to conduct a thorough investigation with our delivery services and to secure the claims process.

Submission Procedure: The affidavit form can be downloaded directly from our website. Once completed, it must be signed and accompanied by a copy of your identity document. These documents can be sent to us via a secure upload link available on our website or directly by email to contact@faramys.com

Processing Your File: Upon receipt of your affidavit and supporting documents, our team will process your file as quickly as possible and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation. Depending on the results of the investigation, solutions such as a refund, resend of the package, or another form of compensation may be considered.
